Medical & Prescription Products

All products supplied by Nevolat Healthcare, including Nevolat Weight Loss Injections, are classed as prescription or temperature-sensitive medical products. Due to strict regulatory and safety standards, we cannot resell or reuse returned medications once they leave our premises.

As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items, unless the product arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

Returns Eligibility

We may accept returns only for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The product has been stored correctly (refrigerated if required).

If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Products not stored according to temperature guidelines

  • Items missing original packaging or safety seals

  • Returns requested beyond the 7-day window

Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our support team at

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected item(s).

Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed, our team will notify you if your return has been approved and provide the appropriate instructions. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault lies with Nevolat Healthcare.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For cryptocurrency transactions, refunds will be made in GBP equivalent at the time of processing, minus any applicable network or transaction fees.

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. First, check your bank or payment provider again.

  2. Then contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
